Bruce Rippe
Bruce Rippe is a healthcare entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing, product development, and go-to-market execution, including two decades focused on patient room products with leading healthcare brands.
Under his leadership, Trinity Guardion developed the Soteria® Bed Barrier platform and expanded its approach into neonatal protection and connected workflow technology.
Bruce holds a BSBA in Accounting from Xavier University.

John Miller
John is a Six Sigma Black Belt senior executive with more than 30 years of experience leading manufacturing, engineering, quality, regulatory, vendor-management, and continuous-improvement functions.
His healthcare design and innovation work includes medical equipment, hospital beds, chair beds, and mattress configurations.

Deva Rea, MPH, BSN, RN, CIC
Deva has more than 20 years of healthcare experience spanning acute care, long-term care, public health, epidemiology, infection prevention, education, and clinical science.
She is board certified in Infection Control through CBIC and is active in APIC and SHEA.

Mary Ellen Rippe
Mary Ellen supports corporate communications, board engagement, sales initiatives, social media, webinars, eblasts, and trade-show planning and execution.
She brings more than 20 years of communications and marketing experience, including a decade as a small-business owner.
