This Trinity Guardion United States (“US”) Privacy Statement (the “Privacy Statement”) applies to mobile apps, websites, backend systems, and RFID-based tracking services for US users of Trinity Guardion’s EcoSystem platform and visitors of the Trinity Guardion website.

This Privacy Statement applies whenever you access or use the EcoSystem platform, including before and after authentication. Additionally, it applies for users visiting the company website.

Information You Provide

We collect information you provide when you use our services or engage with us. This information is limited to hospital employees and users of EcoSystem. We do not allow users to provide any patient or HIPAA data nor do we collect such data.

  • Identity Data – such as your first and last name
  • Contact Data – your email address and telephone number

For visitors to the Trinity Guardion website who consent to optional analytics or marketing cookies, we may collect information regarding your interaction with our website. This may include pages visited, referral source, browser type, device information, approximate geographic location, and interactions with forms or other content.


Information We Collect Automatically or Generate

This information is limited to hospital employees and users of Ecosystem. We do not collect any patient or HIPAA data.

  • Usage Information – We collect information about your activity on our services, which includes device identifiers (such as IP address or mobile device identifiers), pages or features you use, time and date of access, and other similar usage information.
  • Location and Device Data – We may collect the approximate location of your mobile device using your IP address. We do not use native location services on the mobile device.
  • RFID Tracking – We collect information for assets that the hospital has agreed for Trinity Guardion to track. This includes Trinity Guardion Soteria bed barriers, incubators, and any other hospital assets we have contractually agreed to track. Data collected includes RFID reader device name, reader MAC address, timestamp, and RFID tag identifier. This data relates to physical assets and is not associated with patient information.

We automatically collect certain technical information when you use our services or visit our website. Depending on your cookie preferences, this information may include:

  • Device type
  • Operating system

  • Date and time of visits
