This Trinity Guardion United States (“US”) Privacy Statement (the “Privacy Statement”) applies to mobile apps, websites, backend systems, and RFID-based tracking services for US users of Trinity Guardion’s Ecosystem platform.
This Privacy Statement applies whenever you access or use the Ecosystem platform, including before and after authentication.
1. Information We Collect and How We Collect It
Information You Provide
We collect information you provide when you use our services or engage with us. This information is limited to hospital employees and users of Ecosystem. We do not allow users to provide any patient or HIPAA data nor do we collect such data.
- Identity Data – such as your first and last name
- Contact Data – your email address and telephone number
Information We Collect Automatically or Generate
This information is limited to hospital employees and users of Ecosystem. We do not collect any patient or HIPAA data.
- Usage Information – We collect information about your activity on our services, which includes device identifiers (such as IP address or mobile device identifiers), pages or features you use, time and date of access, and other similar usage information.
- Location and Device Data – We may collect the approximate location of your mobile device using your IP address. We do not use native location services on the mobile device.
- RFID Tracking – We collect information for assets that the hospital has agreed for Trinity Guardion to track. This includes Trinity Guardion Soteria bed barriers, incubators, and any other hospital assets we have contractually agreed to track. Data collected includes RFID reader device name, reader MAC address, timestamp, and RFID tag identifier. This data relates to physical assets and is not associated with patient information.

We do not sell your personal information.
We may disclose information as necessary to:
- Provide our services
- Comply with legal obligations
- Protect our rights and users
5. Third-Party Tracking and Online Advertising
We use Google Analytics to better understand how users interact with our services. This may include information such as IP address, device type, browser, pages viewed, and usage patterns.
This data is used solely for improving our services and is not used for advertising purposes.
6. Changes to This Privacy Statement
This Privacy Statement may be updated from time to time. When we update it, we will revise the “Effective Date” above and post the new version.
Updates and changes will be communicated to new and existing customers.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information.
While no system is completely secure, we take appropriate steps to protect data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
