Ecosystem Terms of Service
Effective Date: 4/28/2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Trinity Guardion Ecosystem platform, including mobile applications, websites, backend systems, and RFID-based asset tracking services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Authorized Use
The Services are intended for use by authorized employees, contractors, and representatives of Trinity Guardion customers (“Authorized Users”).
You agree that:
- You will only use the Services if you are authorized by your organization
- You will use the Services solely for legitimate business purposes
- You will comply with all applicable laws and your organization’s internal policies
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Promptly notifying your organization or Trinity Guardion of any unauthorized access
Trinity Guardion is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized account use.
3. Description of Services
The Services provide tools for:
- Tracking physical assets (including RFID-enabled items such as Soteria bed barriers, incubators, and other equipment)
- Viewing inventory levels and asset movement
- Monitoring operational data related to tracked assets
The Services are designed for operational and logistical purposes only.
4. No Medical or Clinical Use
The Services are not intended for medical purposes.
The Services do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and must not be used to make clinical or patient care decisions.
5. Data Accuracy and Availability
While Trinity Guardion strives to provide accurate and timely information, you acknowledge that:
- Asset tracking data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate
- RFID-based systems depend on hardware, environmental conditions, and network connectivity
- Real-time accuracy is not guaranteed
You agree that you will not rely solely on the Services for critical operational or safety decisions.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use the Services outside the scope of your organization’s authorization
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Services may process:
- User account information
- Operational and asset tracking data
- Usage and analytics data
The Services do not collect patient health information or HIPAA regulated data.
8. Service Availability and Modifications
Trinity Guardion may:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time
- Perform maintenance that temporarily impacts availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services.
9. Termination
Access to the Services may be suspended or terminated:
- By your organization
- By Trinity Guardion at any time, with or without notice
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we do:
- We will update the “Effective Date”
- Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms
